Been living here a year now these are the best burgers around for the price went to another burger place at the mall will never trade five guys again their burgers were way overpriced and too much bread five guys fries are the best and a big serving of them. Only thing wrong is I'm trying to lose weight but my family still want to go there so I have to cheat at least once a week

Service was quick as usual and the tables were clean. I always like munching on the peanuts while I wait (not that the wait is too long). You can get your burger the way you want it. Any toppings available. The burgers can get quite but sometimes. Fries. Order the small or you will have a huge paper bag of fries OMG.

Not sure who these Five Guys are, but they have a good product! In my opinion, the only fast food burger I've had better would be In and Out Burger, but they reside on the other side of the country. The menu is simple, burgers, fries, hot dogs, drinks. That's it. And that is okay with me. What I like is they offer all their toppings (with the exception of cheese and bacon) absolutely free! So you can pile your burger high with things like grilled onions, mushrooms, green peppers, etc... The burgers are cooked fresh to order and a regular sized fry order is enough to feel a small village. I can't imagine how much would come in a large order! My only complaint would be that the bun is wimpy. It tastes just fine, but can't hold up to the loaded burgers very well. Often times you are left with a big greasy mess. But don't let that stop you because that greasy mess will leave you with a very happy belly!

My son has spoken non-stop about Five Guys since hearing about them. So, today, I decided to take him there as a treat. Well, unfortunately they are seriously behind the times, which my son picked up on right away and we left, going to Red Robin instead. Why? Because Five Guys uses PEANUT OIL in their cooking. With all of the other choices of cooking oils and with the high and growing rate of individuals with allergies to peanuts why in the world would you choose to use this oil? It is totally without regard to the consumer and their customer. My son is one of those individuals who is allergic to peanuts. Fortunately he saw that they used peanut oil before we ordered and we left. To compound matters they also, offer free peanuts and have bags of peanuts in the restaurant. This is absolutely shameful. My son is not hyper allergenic fortunately but lots of people are, and the smallest amount of peanut "dust" can trigger a reaction and can be fatal. A business that serves peanuts is not being considerate or thoughtful of their customer's needs and is frankly putting the public at risk. Such a place of business should be required to have huge warning signs on their doors to alert patrons of the potential for a peanut allergy reaction. Shame on Five Guys, and we will not be doing business with you until you shape up and get with today's world and get rid of the peanuts and use another cooking oil!

Burgers are great, you get loads of fries in a single order. We had 2 bacon cheeseburgers, a order of fries, and courtesy cups of water....for $18! I think that is $$$. The price really is pretty high for what you get, but as I mentioned, we were happy with the food.

Best place for burgers and fries!! Been here a few times never had a problem with incorrect orders. Every thing is Awesome! Also note that the burgers can get messy depending on how much you put on it. Everything is a la carte so the price can get a bit high. Also best cure for a hang over.

Awesome Burger's! The workers are usually really friendly. The pricing could be a little better, the fries are a must with your burger! They give you a huge bag of them and you will be full! You can get peanuts for free well you wait for your burger to cook to, but don't eat to many cause you won't be able to finish your burger and fries. They give you many options for your toppings for your burger. A must try!

The food was good but I feel like I was ripped off. The place is called five guys but only two guys and one lady was working. I was shorted three guys. Hopefully next time I come back the issue will be resolved. Other than that the burger was on par and the fries massive portion as usual.

Check Your Order Before Taking Home. About once a week I purchase a 5 Guys Burger. Yesterday I stopped by and picked up a burger and took it home. When I got home is discoved several things wrong. First the bun was burnt, not just toasted but burnt. One of the patties was also burnt, to make matters worse although I had ordered the "Works" there was nothing but the patties on the bun. No lettuce, tomatoes etc. I understand mistakes can happen. I took the receipt back today. A lovely young lady (Justine?) said she was the manager. I politely explained the problem. To my surprise she said "I am not calling you a liar but why did you not bring it back when you discovered the problem." I very politely explained (with a smile) it was about a 15 minute ride back to 5 Guys. She said it was "unlikely this could have happend but she said she would give me another Burger now or a coupon for later". At this point I was getting annoyed at being (not?) called a liar and implied that I was trying to pull a fast one. I politely suggested she throw in some French Fries to make up for the problem. She said "no, your receipt says "The Works", you did receive the works. I am not calling you a liar (again) but actually this could not have happened with a single Burger". (I am not sure why it could not happen with a single Burger.) I said "Do you think I would go to this much trouble to get a free Burger." She replied "this could not have happened with a single Burger but she would replace the Burger". At this point I had enough, I politely said it was not important to argue about a Burger. and left. Not accepting the replacement Burger or coupon. The real problem was the grill person. I had stopped in at 5:45 PM it was busy. I sat and ate the free peanuts while waiting (it seemed like a long wait). I noticed the grill guy throwing his hands in the air as if he was confused. He would turn around and walk a few feet from the grill and then back back to the grill, shaking his head. I was surprised that the 5 Guys manager did not try to discover the problem but tried to blame me and telling me she is not calling me a liar (twice). What was she calling me? I was nice and polite during this event maybe I should have been rude. Congratulations 5 Guys, this manager saved you a burger and lost a customer. Message... If going for take out, check your 5 Guys order before taking home. If there is a problem the manager will not call you a liar but...

This is a great fast casual spot for a burger. I love the fact that I can choose from a big list of toppings and get exactly what I want, prepared quickly and accurately. The fries are amazing; hand cut and fried to perfection. Even when I order the smallest size, I always receive a generous portion...usually more than I can eat! Great food, great service!

I have always wanted to eat at a Five Guys and got my wish today! Cool place, simple menu and one of the best burgers I've had! Got the Cheeseburger ($5.19) and an iced tea. The burger is molded by hand, not flash frozen McDonal's crap, cooked to a perfect medium and comes with whatever you choose from their 'free toppings' list. I went with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, mustard and jalapenos. It was a jumping-good burger. They have veggie sandwiches, cajun-style fries and four kind of hot dogs, just to name a few. Service was excellent and the staff actually looked like they enjoyed working there. All these awards as 'best burger' adorn the walls. I tend to agree with them too!

1st Time at a Five Guys.... Worth every penny! Love the extra toppings at no additional charge. Quality, speed, service and quantity were all excellent, especially for a fast food restaurant. Not a healthy meal, but tasted great! A nice treat from time to time. They have a great team working here as well.... Can't wait to come back!!
